Refund policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Shipping charges (Rs. 300 advance) are non-refundable, except if the wrong or damaged item was sent by us.
• Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
